At Conscious Minds we recognise the importance of a holistic approach to wellbeing, focussing not only on the mind and your thought processes, but also your bodily and emotional experiences. During sessions we use a range of tools such as grounding blankets to help you feel more safe when talking about uncomfortable experiences, mindfulness to enable you to feel more present, and psyhco-education to gain enhanced clarity and understanding. These ‘tools' are all optional, our primary focus is offering a client centred approach so each session is tailored to your individual wants and needs. By embracing this perspective, we hope to empower you to face life’s challenges as we walk along side you.
